In the competitive world of electrical retail, Ganly's wanted a premium look retail store to ensure they were first choice for customers. With a strong catchment of homemakers entering the store every day, they challenged us to improve sales and recognition of their expert eletrical department. A standalone department with the added difficulty of bringing people up stairs.
By generating insight into customer buying decisions, we found that style and quality were at the very top of the list when buying a new electrical appliances. Working hand-in-hand with Ganlys, we created a top-tier electrical department that represented both Ganlys and the supplier brands in the best possible light. We developed an identity based on the local brand Ganlys and the nationally known expert brand, building a sense of the heritage to improve perception and loyalty. Our POS and merchandising guidelines completed the premium brand experience.
